From the East:

Take I-10 West past the 405 to the 4th/5th Street exit in Santa Monica. Stay in the left lane on the ramp and take a left at the lights for 4th street. Take your second right onto Pico Blvd, and then your second left onto Nielson Way at the Ocean intersection (bear left after turning). Continue on Nielson into Venice (Nielson becomes Pacific), and take the first right after Navy onto Rose Ave. Your only left will then be Speedway, a one-way alley. 615 Ocean Front will be on your right, at the junction of Speedway and Sunset Ct.

From the Airport (LAX):

Follow signs for CA-1 north (aka Lincoln Blvd, Pacific Coast Highway). Follow about 5 miles to Venice Blvd, where you take a left, and then a right onto Abbott Kinney. Follow Abbott Kinney until Main Street (street bends left to become Brooks, you merge straight). Take a left at Rose (next set of lights) and follow through one set of lights until Speedway, the last alley before the beach parking lot. Take a left on Speedway. 615 Ocean Front will be on your right, at the junction of Speedway and Sunset Ct.

By Bus:

Take the Big Blue Bus route number 2 to the stop on Pacific and Sunset. Walk two blocks West towards the beach.

Parking is available for a fee at the lot by the house. Otherwise, free parking is rarely found on Rose, but easily found on Pacific between 8pm and 8am nightly.
