Dear Fellow Classmates,

Can you believe it's been over five years since we marched over Earle Bridge on graduation morning back in May of 1992? Since then, we've all moved onto new parts of the world, new careers, and expanded families (we may even have some future Class of 2017 babies among us)! Right now, our class has 541 alums living in 37 states and 21 countries!

So aren't you curious to see who's changed, where your pals are living, or even what campus looks like now? Since we've left, some campus changes include:

• Newly renovated Higgins Labs and Salisbury Labs
• The closing of West Street and the creation of the Reunion Plaza Fountain
• Major renovations to Sanford Riley Hall and the Ellsworth/Fuller Apartments
• Cable and Internet access in all the residence halls
• Career Development Center (the former OGCP) relocated to the basement of the Project Center
• And that's just the buildings. There have also been changes in degree offerings, the faculty and administration, and the athletic fields.

Well, you get the picture. Quite a bit has changed in just a few short years, and we're hoping you'll come back to see it all during our 5-Year Reunion, planned for Homecoming Weekend, October 3-4. Here are some of the great activities we've got lined up so far:

****The Big Event****

Our 5-Year Reunion Barbecue is Saturday, at 11:00AM at Higgins House, featuring the music of Big Character, beer from Wachusett Brewing Company, and some cool door prizes. Come enjoy some great food, cash bar, music, and the company of your classmates and friends, plus a few special guests. The fee for our Reunion is $20.00, including our class party favor. You will receive registration materials in the mail next month.

Friday, October 3

8:00PM - 12:00AM

Goats Head Pub Party with music, cash bar, and munchies (nominal cover charge at the door)

Saturday, October 4

9:30AM	Class Board of Directors Meeting
10:00AM - 1:00PM	Crew Alumni and Student BBQ with races at Donahue Boathouse
11:00AM	Women Alumni Athletes' Reception on Quad
11:00AM - 2:00PM	5-Year Reunion BBQ
11:30AM - 2:00PM	Quad Festival, featuring kids' activities and shows, and SAS Mini-Golf Course
1:30PM	WPI vs RPI football game with Class of '92 tailgate on Quad (tickets for the game may be purchased on Saturday at the field)
4:30PM	Traditional Rope Pull at Institute Park
5:00PM - 7:00PM	Alumni Social at Higgins House
5:30PM	Joint Concert featuring performances by the WPI and RPI Glee Clubs

Communication is key to successful reunions from here on out. Have you updated the Alumni Office lately with your address, marital status, job title, e-mail address, phone numbers, etc.? Have you sent in Class Notes to the WPI Wire? Have you checked out WPI's award-winning web page at www.wpi.edu?

Don't forget to mark your calendar, WPI 5-Year Reunion, October 3-4, 1997. Please return the postcard to let us know your plans. Then, start spreading the word. The more friends you call and convince to attend, the better our reunion will be! Don't miss this chance to return to WPI, see old friends, and relive the memories!
