Reunion '99!
June 4 - 6, 1999.
The 10th reunion was a great time!!
The Caribbean Party on Higgins House Lawn, began at 2pm on Saturday, June 5. A beautiful sunny day. We had a big tent with a live band providing island music. The menu included an appetizer buffet with very festive fruit, cheese and crackers, and chips and salsa; beef, shrimp, and vegetable kabobs; spicy Cajun chicken; rice and salad; and finally, a surprise dessert, frozen chocolate bananas. Beverages including wine and Wachusett beer will be available. There was also a great souvenir of the day, a beer mug with Wachusett logo on one side and the reunion on the other!
For children, we had hot dogs and burgers, and all the stuff to go along, a play area filled with LEGOŠ toys for toddlers and preschoolers, a moonwalk for older kids, and a strolling clown for all. This provided everyone with a relaxed venue to socialize with old friends!
